About the event
The nature around us is changing and the ecological crisis is becoming more serious every day. As a result, our era marks a catastrophic loss of bee colonies worldwide. Nomadic bees make up 75% of valuable pollinators. Without them, man would experience devastating changes in the balance of ecosystems and the biodiversity that supports his life.
The garden of the Mohammed Ali’s Museum is transformed into an urban shelter for bees with crops and practices that attract them. The aim is to raise ecological awareness and adopt new values and attitudes that contribute to the creation of new patterns of people’s behaviour towards the environment.
On Saturday 23 September 2023, at 18:30 at the museum, beekeepers, artists, journalists and scientists discussed the magical and mysterious world of the precious creature.
